It’s about meaningful conversations with customers who truly need your support.

 

What you’ll do

  • Providing excellent service (commercial and advice) to customers via phone, email, and chat (inbound). 
  • Providing product information and advice about our multivitamins to support bariatric patients' lifelong supplementation.
  • Converting warm leads (starter kits) and retention calls for customers on our subscriptions (outbound).
  • Ensuring trust in our products and our brand. 
  • Ensuring connection between our customers and FitForMe.

 

What you bring

  • Fluent Dutch (C1) and professional English.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (B2C).
  • Living in the Randstad region and able to work hybrid (50/50).
  • A genuine interest in health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
  • A results-driven mindset, you love helping people and hitting goals.
