Our application process
- Submit your application: Start by filling out the online application. We encourage you to explore our LinkedIn and/or Instagram page to get a feel for our company, values, and products. We carefully review and respond to every candidate’s application.
- Interviews, transparency, and task assignment: If your application moves forward, you’ll hear from us via e-mail or phone to schedule your first interview. The rest of the process may include additional interviews, management drive assessment and/or a business case, depending on the role. We vary the sequence to fit the scope and team, but you’ll always have a chance to showcase your skills and get a clear picture of the work, the team, and our values.
- Reference check: In some roles, we’ll conduct reference checks to better understand how you work and what strengths you bring, before we make an offer.
- Decision: Once all steps are complete, the hiring squad will make a final decision. If we move forward, you’ll receive an official offer to join the team. Either way, you’ll hear from us. We never leave candidates hanging.
- Onboarding and mentorship: Before your first day, you’ll get access to our online community to start your onboarding journey and this onboarding will continue in a good mix of online and in real life, to make sure you feel connected, supported, and set up to thrive.

Our Mission
At FitForMe, everything begins with a clear and meaningful mission: We improve the quality of life for people affected by obesity — with science-based supplements and lifelong support.
This purpose isn’t just a statement: it’s the heartbeat of our organization. It shapes the products we develop, the services we offer, and most importantly, the way we work together. We know the journey our customers face is complex and deeply personal, and we are here to support them with empathy, science-backed products, and care before and long after surgery.
