Why this role matters: 

As an Account Manager in the DACH team, you play a key role in strengthening FitForMe’s market leadership in obesity and bariatric care. By building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our science-backed product portfolio, and driving brand awareness, you directly influence patient outcomes and business growth. 

Main responsibilities, you will own and improve: 

  • Develop and maintain strong HCP relationships to increase advocacy and recommendation. 

  • Drive brand visibility through education, events, and scientific engagement. 

  • Translate market insights into actions that boost regional growth and market share. 

Your work ensures FitForMe continues to grow faster than the market and remains the trusted partner in obesity and post-bariatric care. 

What is exciting about this role? 

You play a key role in maintaining and expanding key accounts while developing new ones through impactful customer visits. You’ll work at the intersection of medical innovation and market development, where your actions directly influence FitForMe’s growth and patient outcomes. 

You’ll represent FitForMe 🚀 and its unique product portfolio within the obesity sector, building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, attending key events, and driving awareness of our market-leading solutions. 

Your day-to-day: 

  • Engage with healthcare professionals involved in obesity and bariatric care (including surgeons, doctors, dietitians, and nurse practitioners) across Austria and Switzerland. 

  • Inspire and educate HCPs to confidently recommend FitForMe products to their patients through science-based conversations and tailored support. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships while continuously expanding your professional network. 

  • Achieve sales and recommendation targets, reporting progress and insights to the Regional Manager with accuracy and accountability. 

  • Represent FitForMe at national and international conferences, team meetings, and events to strengthen brand visibility and advocacy. 

  • Stay up to date on market developments, competitor activities, and new product insights to identify opportunities for growth. 

 What you bring: 

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant sales work experience, for example in the pharma or medical devices sector; 

  • Skills: Excellent commercial, presentation and negotiation skills. 

  • Language: Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbally); If selected for a phone interview, the recruiter will speak with you in English.  

  • Location: Currently residing in south Germany like the Bodensee or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. 

  • Availability: you are willing to travel frequently to Austria and Switzerland (50-75% of the time). 

  • Mobility: you have a valid driver’s license. 

You’ll score extra points if you have the following:  

  • Affinity with health and nutrition. 

  • Experience with B2B on-site sales. 

  • You enjoy working in a small team.
